This is our "Frequently Asked Questions Page". We aim to answer some of those questions you might be thinking about, and give you a little more of an insight into how we run our business and how we make our products.

1. How can I pay if I buy goods from your shop?
You can pay for your items either by Paypal or Personal cheque. Our preferred method is via Paypal as this allows us to despatch goods to you immediately, without waiting for cheques to arrive in the post or clear. Paypal is completely secure and allows you to create your own Paypal account very easily. This makes it easier to make payments to us or anyone else that accepts Paypal in the future - not typing in credit or debit card details, just enter your password and click to authorise the payment. You don't even need to create an account if you don't want to. Just type in your payment methods as normal and you're done. It's as easy as that. Paypal is owned by Ebay, and is one of the biggest electronic payment companies in the world so you can rest assured it is easy to use and completely safe.

Alternatively, we can accept cheques sent to us in the post. We will contact you to inform you that payment has arrived and let you know when your goods will be despatched. We reserve the right to wait until payment clears before we despatch your goods.

2. How long will delivery usually take
If you pay by Paypal, goods will be despatched the next working day after your order has been placed if the item is in stock.  If the item is not currently in stock then you will recieve an e-mail the same day giving you an estimated time of delivery.  This will be no more than a week.  This delay is due to the bespoke nature of our products.  If you want to enquire about an item before completing your order then e-mail your request to pop.apart@yahoo.co.uk

1) Standard delivery is based on the size of the painting.  Ranging from £9.99 upwards

2) If you pay by cheque, we reserve the right to wait until payment has cleared before despatching your goods. This may take up to 10 working days, although we may despatch immediately for regular customers. We will always inform you when your goods have been despatched. You cannot use the next day delivery service if you choose to pay by cheque.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you (there may be a small additional cost for special deliveries).

3. Which countries do you operate your mail order service in?
Unfortunately, at present, we are only able to deliver to the United Kingdom and the USA. Feel free to register with our website if you are outside of the UK or USA and wish to receive further information about our products.

4. If I have any questions about my order, who can I contact
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and our sales staff can be contacted on 07754 606330 during these hours. Please ensure you mention you are a mail order customer and you have ordered over the internet as we use a different system for online shopping than trade orders.
Alternatively, you can email pop.apart@yahoo.co.uk and ask any questions you may have. We will endevour to answer your question within 24 hours although please bear in mind we are not open on weekends.

1. Do you really make all of your products by hand and why would you want to do this?

Popapart was set up to rival all of those Pop Art based canvas prints that you can pick up everywhere but which may not suit your style.
At Popapart, we make all of our products by hand by one artist. This gives us great flexibility in creativity, and allows us to ensure the quality of each and every painting.  It also allows us to create bespoke paintings.
We aim to ensure that you are as happy with your purchase as we are when we make them!

2. Do you sell your products abroad?
Our products are currently only available to buy through our website but can be seen in many different venues throughout the UK.  Please see our gallery page for more info.
We currently only sell to the UK and USA but please contact us if you would like to purchase any of our products from any other country.
